At Rohass POS ("Rohass", "we", "our"), we build software for shop owners in Cambodia. We believe your sales, menu prices, inventory, and customer lists belong strictly to your business. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business data.

🔒 2. Local Offline-First Architecture & Encryption

Rohass POS is designed to work completely offline:

• On-device storage: All sales, receipts, and order tickets are recorded locally in your point-of-sale terminal database.
• End-to-end encrypted sync: When an internet connection is available, data transmitted to our cloud servers is sealed with authenticated encryption (ECDH P-256 and AES-256-GCM).
• PIN and password security: Staff PINs and owner passwords are never stored in plaintext; they are hashed using argon2id / bcrypt.

💳 3. Payment Processing & KHQR Compliance

When your customers pay with KHQR or card:

• We generate standard National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) Bakong-compatible KHQR codes.
• We do not store customer bank account credentials, credit card numbers, or PINs.
• Transaction reference numbers are recorded only for reconciliation and accounting purposes within your till.

📊 4. Information Collected from Website Visitors

When you visit rohass.app or submit our "Book a free demo" form:

• We collect your name, phone number, Telegram handle (optional), and shop type solely to schedule your product demonstration.
• We retain demo inquiry information only as long as needed to provide customer support and service onboarding.
